The IBA is the baking industry’s largest and most unique tradeshow of its kind. Held from the 16th to the 21st of September 2012 in Munich, Germany – it was host to over 1,100 exhibitors displaying their latest innovations and features.
Macadams Baking Systems exhibited their new energy saving solutions for rack and deck ovens. The new SMART controller technology (colour touch display programmable unit) is the perfect way for one touch baking, which eliminates human error from the baking process.
Anchor Yeast organised the Study Tour to IBA 2012 for many of their customers from the South African Bakery Community. As a co-exhibitor with Macadams, they provided impressive hospitality and a magnificent business atmosphere.
