We are happy to introduce our latest revolutionary product – Electronic Heater Regulator which has the ability to save 15% to 25% electricity on any bakery oven with electric heaters as well as maintain the set temperature within 1° Celsius.
The electronic system, controls and protects the heating elements of the oven with Soft start and Phase angle control as explained below in Diagram 1 and 2
Based on the set baking temperature the Electronic Heater Regulator (EHR) will alternate the output volume between soft start and phase angle control.
Utilize Thermal Inertia of the heating elements, we chose the impulse control when heaters work in on/off regime
The alternation will not affect the baking process but will save electricity as well as the life of the elements.
To make use of our product, a temperature controller with 4 to 20 mAmps output must be installed prior to installation of the EHR solution.
The Electronic Heater Regulator is available in following Amperes: 40, 60, 80, 100, 125, 160 and 200
